2.The 100th International Day of Cooperatives was highly celebrated in a grand manner on 04.10.2022 at the Multi-Purpose Cooperative Society Ltd. ,Beliatta under the patronage of Hon. Governor of Southern Province ,Dr. Willie Gamage.
3. An education program on various dispute laws for the Cooperative Officers was conducted on 18.08.2022 at Samodha Reception Hall.

Awards and certificates presentation for the Southern Province award-winning Cooperative Societies in the Performance Competition of the Cooperative Societies and the distribution of office equipment and accessories for the Cooperative Societies organized by the Cooperative Development Department (linear) in parallel to 99th International Day of Cooperatives was held at the auditorium of Dakshinapaya ,Galle on 11.01.2022 at 10.00 a. m under the patronage of Hon. Governor of Southern Province, Dr. Willie Gamage.
